WHAT IS IT? If you have specific questions on your personal
tax situation and need to discuss it with an expatriate international tax expert, ( with Attorney-Client privilege if
required), you can request a "Mini Consultation." with Mr. Nelson by phone, Skype or email.
HOW DOES IT WORK? You submit a brief
outline of the facts and your U.S. expatriate or international tax questions before the scheduled consultation time. Prior
to the consultation that information is reviewed by Mr. Nelson. In most situations, due to his prior review of your submitted
facts and questions, all of your questions can be answered and often resolved during the consultation. If your submission
indicates our questions are outside his areas of expertise, or will require additional time, we will notify you in advance
and you can then decide if you wish to proceed.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE MINI CONSULTATION? You get to talk
in person to Mr. Nelson personally. He will answer the questions you sent in advance and answer any further questions
you might have. He often asks additional questions which help him provide you with further guidance or tax planning suggestions.
WHAT IS THE FEE:
"Mini Consultation" costs a minimum of $300 US for up to 30 minutes of Mr. Nelson's professional tax advice
over the phone. No need to visit his office. If additional time is needed or you wish a written response that requires additional
